Euregio Pskov-Livonia has launched partneriats for entrepreneurs in the border areas of Estonia, Latvia and Russia.
Partneriat is a meeting of entrepreneurs in which cross-border partners find for every entrepreneurs another entrepreneur who operates in the same field, is interested in cooperation, and who is a cross-border entrepreneur. According to the schedule, negotiations, during which the parties are looking for an output for future cooperation in regard to their interests in common, are arranged during the day. The purpose of launching this partnership project is to offer entrepreneurs an opportunity to expand their business activities across the borders of their countries, to find cooperation partners, to develop new products and services, to develop common marketing, and the like.
The first partneriat took place on 11 May 2012 in Võru County Vocational Training Centre(Estonia). After the event was concluded, it was agreed upon that the meetings of the entrepreneurs will be regular and take place in each country successively. The second partnership project took place on 29 November 2012 in Pskov (Russia),  the third one on 19 April 2013 in Balvi(Latvia) and the fourth October 31 in Valga (Estonia). According to the needs of the entrepreneurs, the following fields of activity are agreed upon:
- Wood processing and manufacture of wood products and furniture,
- Manufacture of fabricated metal products
- Manufacture of food products
- Tourism
- Information technology

The fifth partneriat will take place April 10 in Pskov.
