Meeting of municipality leaders11.08.2011
On the 9th of August meeting of border area municipality leaders (Pskov oblast, Latvia, Estonia) has been hold in Taagepera castle(Estonia). As result of meeting strategical directions of Euregio Pskov-Livonia for years 2011-2015 have been worked out.
1. Development Euregio Pskov-Livonia as a strong international organization.
2. Dissemination of information about cross-border cooperation.
3. To contribute to cross-border contacts between people and organizations.
4. To contribute to the establishment of contacts between young people in border areas.
5. To contribute to attracting additional financial resources in the border area.
6. To involve into the work of Euregio Pskov-Livonia small and medium average business.
Meeting of Presidium02.05.2011
On the 28th of April the meeting of Presidium has been hold in Sangaste(Estonia).
Participating:
Latvia - Gunta Smane (head of development department Valka municipality), Juris Annuškans (executive director of Latvian section), Ineta Krakupe (secretary of Latvian section)
Russia - Vladimir Shurajev( President of Pskov section)
Estonia - Madis Gross( member of the board), Ain Jõesalu (executive director of Estonian section)
1. The Council of Euregio will be held 23.-24.05. in Pskov
2. Meeting of heads of municipalities will be held in the first part of August in Estonia or in Latvia. Executive directors will work out the agenda of meeting.
3. Presidium has given support to initiative of Võru County Development Agency to organize partneriat of entrepreneurs of three countries in spring 2012 in Võru.
4. Presidium has declared that Euregio has framework agreement between municipalities and Euregio, so additional agreements of partnership are not acceptable.

General meeting of Euregio section Latvia in Smiltene05.04.2011
General meeting of Euregio section Latvia was held on 29th of March in Smiltene. The members of this meeting were leaders of municipalities who are the members of Euregio section Latvia – Alūksne, Ape, Balvi, Baltinava, Cibla, Kārsava, Valka, Zilupe and Smiltene municipalities.
During the meeting there were discussed questions about cross border cooperation, about situation in Euregio section Pskov, about implementing of DLA project and participation in INTERREG IV C Project Green choice. Presidium meeting in Valka02.03.2011
Presidium meeting of Euregio “Pskov – Livonia” was held on 22th of February in Valka, Latvia. The members of this meeting were – Madis Gross (Board memeber) and Ain Jõesalu (Executive director) from Estonian section, Karlis Albergs (Board member) and Juris Annuškans (Executive director) from Latvian section, Vladimir Shurajev (President of Pskov section, Head of Pskov rayon administration) from Pskov section (Russia).
During Presidium meeting questions about visas and a joint project was discussed.
Representatives from all sections of Euregio decided that next Presidium meeting will be held on 29th of April in Estonia

The final event of SDF Project 14.10.2010
The final event of SDF project will be carried out on the 16th of October in Põlva Culture Centre.
Programme:
13.00 - workshops for choirs;
16.00 - concert.
From Latvia participating choirs from Ape and Balvi.
On the 17th of October the concerts will be held in Misso and Valga Culture Centre. Beginning at 14.
International song and dance event for people with disabilities 09.08.2010
NGO „Support for people with disabilities” organizes Song and dance festival for people with disabilities in 14th of August 2010.
There will participate amateur song and dance collectives of organizations for people with disabilities from Latvia and Estonia – Piladzitis from Smiltene town, Papardes from Blome, Mezrozites from Palsmane, Vijolites from Vijciems, senior choir Mezabele from Smiltene town.
Special guests of festival – dance collectives Valga Seidamesōprade Seltsi laulu - ja tantsuring, Hõbedane Juus and choir Elurõõm from Estonia.

Festival „Dzied vien dziesmiņ” in Ape 08.07.2010
Festival „Dzied` vien` dziesmiņ`” („Sing one song”) took place on the 26th of June in Ape. Audience had possibility to look at similarities and diferences between Latvian and Estonian folk songs and dances in the street concert . Dance groups „Miļelis” and „Poga” from Latvia and dancers from Setomaa, Varstu and Misso in Estonia was participate in the street concert. Songs sunged participants from Setomaa.
While later concert took place in open – air stage. The festival was planned as theatralized performance where participants express their love to song, dance and place where they live. In the concert participated choirs Ape”, „Trejkola”, „Dzelme”, „Sonus”, „Atzele”, „Kaprīze”, dance collectives „Metenis”, „Miķelis” un „Poga” from Latvia. Audience could see also Estonian folk songs and dances. In the festival participated songers and dancers from Setomaa, Varstu and Misso from Estonia. Paticipants agreed to a common song and dance during the concert.Director of the festival was Astrīda Bētere, artistic directors Edīte Dauškane and Sandra Oto. The festival was organized under project "Supporting Song and Dance Festival Tradition in Estonian-Latvian Border Areas".

Rõuge municipality 5th song and dance event28.05.2010
On the 22nd of May under project "Supporting Song and Dance Festival Tradition in Estonian-Latvian Border Areas" following event has been carried out – Rõuge municipality 5th song and dance event.
Festivities took place at the Viitina lake. Song and dance groups from Rõuge took part, also Latvian guest from Lizums.
Song and dance festival in Ape 27.05.2010
Festival „Dzied` vien` dziesmiņ`” („Sing one song”), which is a part of activities in cross border project „Supporting the Song and Dance Festival Tradition in Estonian – Latvian Border areas”, will take place in Ape on 26th of June.
This event is planned as theatralized performance where participants express their love to song, dance and place where they live.
Choirs „Ape”, „Trejkola”, „Vidzemīte”, „Sonus”, „Atzele”, „Kaprīze”, dance collectives „Metenis”, „Miķelis” un „Poga” from Latvia and their guest collectives from Setomaa in Estonia will participate in the festival.
Within the framework of the project there has been organized dance camp for participants of festival where they learned Latvian and Estonian folk dances as well as discussed the agenda of festival.
